Behind the Scenes: How We Build High-Quality Sportswear at KSONS
When you see a team step onto the field wearing sharp, perfectly matching jerseys, you don’t usually think about the work that went into making them. You just notice that they look professional and ready to win.
But getting a jersey to look that good isn't an accident. It takes a mix of creative design and hands-on manufacturing.
That is exactly what we do every day at KSONS (Kaleem & Sons).
A lot of clothing brands have a major issue: the person designing the shirt on a computer screen doesn't talk to the factory floor where the shirt is actually sewn together. Because of that, logos get misplaced, colors look dull, and the fit feels off. We wanted to change that, so we brought both sides of the process under one roof.
Here is exactly how we take a sportswear idea and turn it into real gear:
Starting with Clean Design: Everything begins on the computer using technical vector layout tools. We make sure the colors are vibrant, the placement of the logos is exact, and the typography looks modern and bold.
Matching the Design to the Fabric: Before anything is printed, we map the digital artwork onto flat clothing patterns. This ensures that when the fabric pieces are stitched together, the lines, stripes, and sponsor logos meet perfectly at the seams.
High-End Manufacturing: We use modern printing techniques like dye sublimation. This infuses the ink directly into the high-performance fabric. The result? A lightweight, breathable shirt where the design will never crack, peel, or fade in the wash.
At the end of the day, sportswear needs to do two things: it has to look great, and it has to last through tough matches. By handling both the design and the physical production, we make sure our clients get gear they are proud to wear.
